Oura Ring Gen 4

Your doctor has never tested you for a disease you don't have yet.

Every test you've ever had was because something was already wrong. A symptom. A concern. A referral. That's not early detection — that's reaction.

In Canada, we have one of the best healthcare systems in the world. It's there when you need it. But it was designed to treat disease — not to find it before it starts.

We don't think waiting is good enough. And we don't think you do either.

Most Canadians have never been screened for a disease they don't yet have. Canada's publicly funded screening programs cover very few conditions — and only for specific age groups. If you're not in a high-risk category, the system's advice is simple: wait.

What is miCheckup?

Your blood contains molecular signals that change when disease develops — years before symptoms appear. These molecules are called microRNA, and their discovery won the 2024 Nobel Prize in Medicine.

microRNA is the language your body already speaks. When something changes — in any organ, at any stage — your microRNA patterns shift. And now, for the first time in Canada, we can read those signals.

miCheckup is a microRNA multi-disease screening (MMDS) test. One blood draw. Once a year. A real early warning — not from symptoms, not from guessing — from the molecular signals already circulating in your blood.

1. Sponsor

This contest (the "Contest") is sponsored by miRoncol Health Inc., 1000 Innovation Drive, 5th Floor, Kanata, ON K2K 3E7, Canada (the "Sponsor").

2. No Affiliation with Oura

This Contest is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or affiliated with Oura Health Oy or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates. Oura Ring is a registered trademark of Oura Health Oy. The prize is purchased by the Sponsor at retail value and awarded independently.

3. Eligibility

The Contest is open to legal residents of Canada who are at or above the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of miRoncol Health Inc. and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling) and household members are not eligible.

4. Contest Period

The Contest begins on June 1, 2026 at 12:00 AM Eastern Time and ends on August 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time (the "Contest Period").

5. How to Enter

There are two methods of entry. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

Method 1 — Free Entry (No Purchase Necessary): Visit micheckup.com/contest during the Contest Period and submit a written response to the following question: "How would you convince someone who feels perfectly healthy that proactive health screening matters?" Each eligible submission receives one (1) entry. Limit one (1) submission per person. Responses will be scored by the Sponsor's team based on thoughtfulness, creativity, and persuasiveness. Submissions scoring in the top 20% receive three (3) entries total. Submissions scoring in the top 5% receive five (5) entries total. Method 2 — Bonus Entry via Reservation: Place a $49 CAD fully refundable deposit to reserve a miCheckup test at the $799 preorder price during the Contest Period. Each qualifying reservation receives five (5) additional entries. Limit one (1) reservation-based entry per person. The deposit is fully refundable at any time regardless of contest outcome. Requesting a refund does not void your contest entries. A purchase or reservation will not increase your chances of winning relative to a free entry submission that scores in the top tier.

Entrants may use one or both methods for a maximum of ten (10) entries.

6. Scoring of Submissions

All written submissions will be evaluated by a panel of judges appointed by the Sponsor. Scoring is based on three equally weighted criteria: (a) thoughtfulness and depth of response, (b) creativity and originality, and (c) persuasiveness and clarity. Scoring is conducted at the sole discretion of the Sponsor and is final. Scoring determines only the number of bonus entries; it does not independently determine the winner.

7. Prize Draw

One (1) winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries on September 1, 2026. The draw will be conducted by the Sponsor or its designated representative. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

8. Skill-Testing Question

Before being declared a winner, the selected entrant must correctly answer, without assistance of any kind, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question administered by the Sponsor by email or telephone.

9. Prize

The prize consists of one (1) Oura Ring Generation 4 (approximate retail value: $450–$550 CAD, depending on size and style). The prize is awarded as-is. The Sponsor is not responsible for any Oura Ring subscription fees, warranties, or product support, which are provided solely by Oura Health Oy. The prize may not be exchanged for cash or substituted, except at the Sponsor's sole discretion. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

10. Winner Notification

The winner will be notified by email within five (5) business days of the draw. The winner must respond within seven (7) calendar days to claim the prize. If the winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond, fails to correctly answer the skill-testing question, or is found to be ineligible, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected by random draw from the remaining eligible entries.

11. Winner Announcement

The winner's first name and province of residence will be published on micheckup.com/contest on or after September 8, 2026.

12. Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with this Contest will be used solely for the purposes of administering the Contest, contacting the winner, and, with consent, for marketing communications from miRoncol Health Inc. No personal information will be shared with Oura Health Oy or any third party without consent.

13. General Conditions

By entering the Contest, each entrant agrees to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. The Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Contest. The Sponsor is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from participation in the Contest or acceptance of the prize.
